  • WINEMAKING : 100% destemmed fruit. Traditional winemaking in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, twice daily punching. 16-day fermentation.
  • AGING : 16 months in oak casks. 15% new oak.
  • SERVICE : Serving temperature: 16°C.
  • TASTING : Sustained ruby colour, silky. Shows prominent aromatics of red and black fruits, morello cherries and spices in its youth; developing floral and jammy notes with age. Robust and elegant, racy and fruity with a solid and structured body, this wine opens after 3 to 5 years.
  • CUSTODY : Drinking well now. Cellaring potential: Conserve 3 to 6 years.
